Let's face it, some sites just aren't going to be a FaceBook or a Youtube. Small organizations just need an easy way to edit their website and keep it update without having to call a professional website developer everytime something needs to change onteh site. Thses organizations don't need the infinite flexibility of a full-blown content management system and don't want to have to buy a book to learn how to manage their website.
